It all started when…
I'm Neo, a 3 year-old male miniature poodle mix. I was a lost doggie in Auburn. A good samaritan took me to the AVHS animal shelter. My new friends at AVHS gave me some special care because, I couldn't see well. My hair was severely matted around my face, tail and paws and I was underweight at only 8 pounds.
After getting a bath and bit of pampering from the Hair of the Dog Pet Grooming, I felt so much better. My true personality emerged with all the special care from AVHS. AVHS staff cuddled me, worked on my behavior and medical condition. I was adopted just 7 days later! Now I'm in my new home and love playing with toys. I enjoy going on walks to explore my new neighborhood. I still have tons of energy in me! I'm now living in my "fur"ever home, thanks to caring folks like YOU.
