Onigiri
Onigiri came to AVHS with a severe break in his back left leg.
It all started when…
Onigiri is an 8-month-old cat that is only 8.38 pounds. He came to the shelter after a shipping crate arrived from Spokane at the Safeway Distribution Center in Auburn. Auburn Animal Control Officer went to the center to retrieve the cat that had no microchip or other identifiable ownership.
He had a severe break in the back left leg which our vet services team removed. He was super sweet, giving the staff head butts and tail wrap with a broken leg. He loves to cuddle and purr.
He is only 8 months but is learning to cope with being a tri-pod. He is a cuddling, purring machine and was recently adopted by his forever family!
Onigiri is now Davy Jones. He is doing well in his new home with 2 other cats (who were also adopted from AVHS). His stitches were removed. He is learning to cope as a tri-pod. He is loving and playful.
